• Returns & Exchanges

    Items purchased may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, except for any sale, "as-is", fine art, vintage, made to order, custom and one-of-a-kind items. To begin a return, please visit us in the shop or contact team@scenichome.com

    Gift receipt exchanges must occur within 30 days from original purchase date.

    All return eligible items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

    Once items are received refunds are credited to the original form of payment and funds are typically available within 1-2 business days.

  • Will My New Furniture Fit?

    Customer or Customer Designer is responsible to ensure all furniture being ordered & delivered fits thru all doorways, hallways & elevators prior to purchase. Once the order is placed, Scenic does not cancel orders. Scenic bears no responsibility with regard to measuring or determining whether an item will fit or not.

  • Trade Memos and Returns

    All Trade Memos must be processed through our store. For Trade clients interested in a memo or stylists seeking product for a shoot, please contact team@scenichome.com

    In order to reduce our shipping footprint, all mailed wood and fabric samples are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

  • Final Sale

    All fine art, vintage, sale, "as-is" and one of a kind items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made to order items or those “direct shipped” from vendors, suppliers or workrooms are also ineligible for return, cancellation or exchange.

  • Wood & Fabrics Samples

    Samples of wood & fabric may be purchased for $5 each. Samples purchased and returned will be refunded as store credit.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items

    If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect product is received, please contact team@scenichome.com.

  • Made To Order Agreement

    This serves as a confirmation of your Made to Order item. All made to order items are final sale once the order has been placed into production. Payment is made in full at the time the order is placed. Once your order has been put into production, no order changes can be made. If you placed this order mistakenly and need to cancel within 24 hours of the time the order was placed, please contact team@scenichome.com.

    Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Lead times are quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for shipment.

    Naturally, fabric varies from dye lot to dye lot, so understand (and appreciate) that an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Being that wood finishes are applied by hand, you can expect up to a 10% color variation within the finished product. We suggest ordering samples of our fabrics and finishes ahead of placing an order to confirm your selection.

    Due to the handmade nature of these products, dimensions can vary +/- 2 inches. It is up to the buyer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Scenic will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit into the buyer’s space.

    We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards. Scenic will not be held responsible for any damages after the item(s) have left our workroom. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately and notate in thorough detail on the bill of lading. Should you discover any damage after the delivery has been accepted without notating on the bill of lading we will not be able to file a damage claim with the appropriate company. Scenic will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue.
